Project EngineerContributes to the successful execution of projects by delivering technical expertise and project management capabilitiesPrepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering projectsMonitors compliance to applicable codes, practices, Quality Assurance / Quality Control policies, performance standards and specificationsCooperates and communicates daily with project members and stakeholders to interpret their needs and requirements, and provides assistance and technical supportPerforms overall quality control ofthe work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and reports regularly on project status2. Process EngineerMonitors and improves processes in order to maintan or enhance quality, Health Safety Environment service and costs levelsMonitors the process performance through metrics such as producüvity, Waste Indices and takes action as required to correct adverse trends, performing plant based process investigationsDevelops plans to improve the above performance through focused improvement activiies (in conjunction with the operations group) along with capital projectsInterfaces wth off-site functions such as Research & Development / mæketing and central engineering for the industrialization of new products, new raw materials and recipe changes ensuring that changes on site are controlled and managedProvides expertise for onsite operations group during process related troubleshooting issues
